HARD INOX
Special chrome-nickel stainless steel, work hardened, with good resistance to wear and corrosion. It has excellent mechanical characteristics and exceptional sliding properties; the latter result of a very low surface roughness.

INOX
AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel, work hardened by cold rolling, with good corrosion resistance. It has an excellent surface finish with low roughness, a quality of considerable importance for the flow of transported products.
It is used in standard applications in the bottling industry.

HQ INOX (high quality)
New chrome-nickel special stainless steel (W.1.4589), work hardened.
Developed in collaboration with one of the leading steel producers, it is particularly suitable for special applications such as unthreading floors without pressure.
Cold rolled with the highest quality standards, this new material has exceptional properties: – very low surface roughness and perfect flatness – high resistance to high workloads and wear.

INOX 18/8
Austenitic and amagnetic stainless steel AISI 304 (18% Chrome – 8% Nickel), work hardened for high resistance.
It offers excellent resistance to chemicals and corrosion. It has high mechanical and durability characteristics.
It is used particularly in applications in the canning industry and in bottling.
Approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), for direct contact with food products.
Material used for the models Stella D, Flex RXM, Flex FM, Flex FM2.

INOX 316
Austenitic stainless steel (18% Chrome – 14% Nickel – 3% Molybdenum) AISI 316L.
It is used in aggressive chemical environments and in the presence of strong acids.

CARBON STEEL
Carbon steel hardened with surface hardness and at the heart of 43 HRC.
Particularly suitable for high workloads, it has a high resistance to wear.
It is used in the glass, ceramic and transport industries in general.
For difficult applications and in the presence of abrasive powders, upon request, Carbon Steel can be subjected to carbonitriding by which it reaches a surface hardness of 55 HRC and a core hardness of 40 HRC.

STANDARD PINS
In the models Special, Standard, Super, Super G, Flex RXMC, Flex RXMS, Flex RXMS G, Flex FMS, Flex FMS2, New Flex Mag the pins are in Aisi 431 stainless steel, work hardened and magnetic with high resistance.
HB PINS
In the models Wear Proof, Superspeed, Flex FMD, New Flex Mag D the pins are of the HB series in special martensitic stainless steel, tempered, magnetic and with a high resistance to wear.

XHB PINS
On request XHB series pins in martensitic stainless steel with special heat treatment are available.
They offer additional wear resistance, combined with greater corrosion resistance.
