ACETAL RESIN
The acetal resin is characterized by good mechanical characteristics, excellent resistance to wear and a low coefficient of friction. Used in the manufacture of hinge chain plates, it offers an economical alternative to our LFA material. Approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for direct contact with food products.

FRICTION LOW ACETAL RESIN OF FRICTION
This material offers a low coefficient of friction, high wear resistance and greater tensile strength. It is recommended for high speed applications and in the presence of large workloads. Approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for direct contact with food products.
Operating temperatures:
from – 40°C to + 80° C (dry)
from – 40° C to + 65° C (in water)
LFA color: light brown, blue
WAF/WLF color: white
SUPER PERFORMANCE ACETAL RESIN
It has a lower coefficient of friction than the LFA material. The wear of the plates and the elongation of the pitch decrease. This type of resin is suitable for high speed and low lubrication applications. Approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for direct contact with food products.

EXTRA ADDITIVATED ACETAL RESIN
It has a high lubricant content which increases its smoothness.
Suitable for high speeds especially with PET containers. Increases wear resistance. Approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for direct contact with food products.

HIGH WEAR RESISTANT ACETAL RESIN
Top grade thermoplastic resin containing low friction aramid fibers recommended for transporting glass and PET containers without lubrication.

Color: dark gray, yellow
WEAR-RESISTANT COMPOSITE POLYAMIDE
This material is extremely resistant to wear in abrasive environments. It is especially used for transporting glass, mechanical components, sand, etc.

from – 20° C to + 120° C (dry)

ANTISTATIC ACETAL RESIN
Protects against the accumulation of electrostatic charges. It is ideal in the presence of an explosive atmosphere and when an electrostatic force can cause the instability of the transported product.

REINFORCED POLYPROPYLENE RESISTANT TO CHEMICAL AGENTS
It is a special material resistant to acids and corrosion. Particularly suitable when a chain is exposed to aggressive chemical agents.

from + 5° C to + 105° C (dry)
from + 5° C to + 105° C (in water)

EXTRA PERFORMANCE POLYESTER RESIN
This material has a very low coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance; wheelbase extension and plate wear are reduced. It is suitable for high speed lines and for applications without lubrication.

from – 40° C to + 60° C (in water)

REINFORCED POLYESTER RESIN WITH GLASS FIBER (available on request)
Material with very high resistance to heat and wear.

SUPER PERFORMANCE ACETAL RESIN
- Plates in self-lubricating acetal resin with very low friction coefficient, dark gray color.
- Pins in special chrome-nickel stainless steel, work hardened for high resistance.
– Pack of 80 rolls = 10 feet = 3.048 meters.
– The chains can be supplied with pins in austenitic stainless steel, work hardened, with high wear resistance, or with pins in thermoplastic resin.
